At Vésuve, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. However, if your purchase is not to your liking, you can take advantage of our return policy below.
1. General Return Conditions

Time limit : you have 30 days after receiving your order to make a return.

Condition of the jewelry : the jewelry must be unworn , undamaged and returned in its original packaging .

Return costs : the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping security : we strongly recommend shipping with tracking and insurance .
Please note: In the event of loss or damage to the package during transport, we will not be able to issue a refund.
2. Return procedure

Contact us before any return at info@vesuvestore.com, stating your order number .

We will send you the return address and detailed instructions .

Upon receipt and verification of the item, we will proceed with the refund.
⏳ Processing time : The refund will be processed within 7 to 15 business days after receipt and inspection of the jewelry.
3. Items damaged or defective upon receipt
If your jewelry arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect :

A photo of the jewelry and the packaging ,

A description of the problem encountered .

After evaluating your request:

We will offer you a refund or a replacement , depending on the situation.

The item must be returned in its original packaging , with a tracked shipment .

In this case, the return costs will be covered by Vésuve .
4. Exceptions

Jewelry that has been worn, damaged due to mishandling, or that does not meet the return conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Personalized or engraved items are not eligible for return , except in the case of a defect or damage noted upon receipt.
