Shipping & Delivery
All our jewelry is handmade in France and shipped via La Poste with online tracking.
At checkout, customers may choose between two shipping options, depending on their preferred level of security.
Option 1 — Tracked & Insured Delivery (Signature Required)
This secure shipping option includes online tracking, insurance, and delivery against signature.
The shipment is delivered in person against signature to the recipient or an authorized person at the delivery address.
In case of absence, a delivery notice is left and the shipment is made available according to the carrier’s procedures.
This option offers the highest level of protection and is strongly recommended for valuable items.
The seller’s responsibility remains engaged until delivery against signature is confirmed by the carrier.
Option 2 — Tracked Standard Delivery (No Signature / No Insurance)
This shipping option includes online tracking only, without signature or additional insurance.
Packaging: envelope designed to fit in a standard mailbox.
The shipment may be delivered to a mailbox or made available at a pickup point, depending on the carrier’s practices and the customer’s preferences.
While losses remain very rare with tracked delivery, by selecting this shipping method, the customer acknowledges that delivery is not made against signature and therefore involves a higher risk of loss or theft compared to signed delivery.
We choose to be fully transparent and allow our customers to select the delivery option that best suits their needs and risk preference.
In the event of confirmed loss by the carrier, compensation, if applicable, is strictly limited to the amount provided under the carrier’s terms and conditions.
No additional refund or compensation may be claimed beyond this amount.

Orders are dispatched within 5 business days after purchase.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and are provided as estimates by the carrier.

Shipping security depends on the delivery option selected at checkout.
Customers are encouraged to choose insured delivery with signature for maximum protection.
Taxes & Customs Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may be applied upon arrival.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Packaging
We use reinforced kraft envelopes designed to protect shipments during transit, without any plastic materials.
We deliberately avoid plastic bubble mailers for environmental reasons and favor a minimal, eco-responsible packaging approach.
Each piece of jewelry is securely protected inside a rigid, durable box, ensuring safe transport while keeping packaging materials to a minimum.
Our packaging is also designed to remain within a maximum thickness of 3 cm, allowing shipments to fit easily into standard mailboxes whenever possible and helping to ensure smoother delivery.
This approach allows us to balance protection, sustainability, simplicity, and delivery efficiency, without compromising the safety of your order.
