Returns and Refunds
Returns for change of mind or size error are accepted within 30 days only, but return shipping costs remain at your expense. The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged and returned in its original packaging. We strongly recommend that you choose a shipment with tracking number and insurance. We will not be able to refund if the package is lost or damaged during transport. Before any return, please contact us at info@vesuvestore.com, specifying your order number. We will provide you with the return address and instructions to follow.
Item damaged upon receipt
If your jewelry arrives damaged or has a defect , please contact us within 5 days of receipt at info@vesuvestore.com. Please include your order number, a photo of the jewelry and packaging, and a description of the problem. After evaluation, we will offer you a refund or a replacement, depending on the situation. The item must be returned to us in the same packaging, with tracked shipping . In this case, the return shipping costs will be our responsibility.
